it stands to reason, that you plan your relic raids to be as effective as possible.
Doing this in Prime Time, is difficult, sometimes.
When you _finally_ get a chance to actually do that, i see no reason why not.

Mids did nothing wrong. They made a swift in/out zerg. Effective, Fast, and easy. no need for shiny tactics and devious plots.

Albion did everything wrong. nothing worked, everyone stood still waiting for an order, and when it came, the vast majority didnt recocnize the order.


Well done Midgard. you did what you had to do, and you did it smoothly.

Bad job Albion. we suck hard.

So if i hear some albs right, almost all albs where away on pvp server, while all mids where present. Hmmmmm, think not, think the same amount of players from all realms went to pvp.

Atleast there where not 80 albs waiting inside Excal this time.

Thank God no one falls for my 'We get to 1st(2nd/3rd) Door and die there' Bets anymore which I usual set up when we leave the MPK in Hadrian's during pre-planned raids. Would've lost some gold otherwise.
Think this was the first time that a pre-planned Raid didn't run into a fully defended RK.

I think its time we set a day and time for relic raids in the future. So i think saturdays between 17.00-18.00 CET. Would be a good time. And when the clock strikes 18.00 we all just drop our weapons and go on home.

Has to be said, Mids done a brill job

As for most Albs being on PvP, utter toss, 1st anyone heres is when 2nd door pretty much down, and by that time its pretty much to late

Mids done brill, and whilst Alb has lots of great people, as a realm we SUCK
but hey I never used the str relics anyway, the ones us casters need never get thought off (apparently peeps think power relic keep is to hard to defend)

but the point of my post, Well played Mids, ignore all the excusses any Alb chucks your way, you were way way way better then us on the day

And theres a real good thing from this, the Hibs can take Beno as much as they like, and no Alb with have to go and try take it back from the key spamming/rp farming hoe's

I went along ot mmg in hadrians.. all of a sudden all froze, and when i came too all i saw was Mids... and i promptly died very fast after that as you can see , was quite ashock when you all popped into view and passed me (note albs= lying down, Mids=standing)

And it was the perfect time for an attack, hit them when the least amount of people is expected to show up .. ie in this cas eopening of the PvP server, or whats the point of keeping it a secret?

Nicely done, lets hope that Prydw dont turn into Exc, where the mids seem to stagnated into zombie mode.....

It was just like the time you nearly got our relic from mjölnir, with enough amount of rams the doors go down quickly. And you where in DF right? Most of us where running around in Emain. So we suicide more willingly. We where just lucky with our timing. And it was good planing

Seconds after that piccy the hibbies attacked MMGh so we span round and attacked them.. Man there was alot of them. Dingdong battle Would have be a close run thing if another Alb Zerg did not show up.

I had full health but no End and no Power probably the same for all mids and hibs left standing. Still it took 4 albs to down me . Nippy little bugger me...

Loved the fights that raid ranged from tiny skirmishes ro HUGE epic battles.

and Jupi you are on my list, not that i ever see you alive only dead body or see a death message before i get there .. One Day I will Slay you in the name of the Darktyde clan..

... ahhh Kerram - there is always a special PA and DOT stored for any Purple Warriors I meet, especially one of the Sparkfryde crew, be sure of it ... of course, wearing leather armour and towing an army straight into hordes of waiting enemies is not cundusive to a) Gaining many RPs or b) Staying alive very long but I will make a mental note to try to just for you
