Giwsakhs, well lead and well organised (you too Bradlex). That was a brilliant display of tactics and organisation last night and even while we had one of our relic gates open your cool head and strong leadership kept us from losing to not 1 but 2 realms in our front yard. Our normally disorganised realm took up arms against our cowardly attackers and kicked arse. Come back again if you think you're hard enough Albs and Hibs, we won't be taken out that easy. Was a good weekend for roleplayers and realm unity. I even dinged my 2000th deathblow on Horner. Now thats classic imo.

Well lead Giwsakhs and well fought Mids. I think we deserve a bit of self gratz from our fellow midgardians.

ps. I think it was reported that there was over 100+ albs on Glen and 60+hibs on Hlid. Not sure how many defenders, probably only a BD and few Warlocks. No more were needed.

I whole heartedly congratulate whoever had the Mid BG as I know myself it's a thankless task.

However, when Albs finally got into Glenlock they were something in region of 6-8 fgs Mids inside certainly more than a BD'er and a WL. (The relic wall had closed so I guess the whole zerg were there). Though the fact you think that a BD'er and a Warlock could've defended vs 100 Albs suggest both need a nerf ;)

I fully agree on Gustav's post here. It was a mere pleasure to follow the orders issued around Mid frontier. I enjoyed beeing in in group with Bradlex the first half of the evening on my SM Blightbringer.

I think we should give a hand to Babybanana for trying his best during the afternoon, with low numbers using hit and run tactics to stop the port of albs to Nottmoor aswell.

Giwsakhs Thank you for a very nice performance, a good temper, and high skill in planning and commanding.

Not to forget thank you all fellow midgardians for following raid leaders orders, and doing as you were told. Together we succeded in fighting the enemy foe in our frontier.

I hope that we will see the main chars again soon in the next chapter of the never ending realm war..

Very best regards to you all

First time Glenlock walls where down, the count was 115 enemies in the area. We had I would guess around 30-40 mids defending from walls, and inner keep, when the initial rush came from the tower alot of albs died in the wall opening from the aoe spam, and the rest died in the towers and courtyard those that actually tried to venture inside.

This was at the same time when main BG with Giwsakhs, was defending Hlidskielf first time. Numbers from there was 72 enemies if i remember correctly (Bg count was 108 btw)

Second time albs came after a quick mid first failed try on getting Glenlock tower 4 back, and quick retreat to main glenlock, the numbers reached 102 enemies. They did not break the wall that time, and the main BG came up from the Blendrake bridge area, and together with the keep defenders beat the albs and retook the glen towers. Time was ~22:44 CET. I logged at that time, after being on and off from 8am and +8 hours solid defence no break, made me very tired.

Grats to the various frontier BG leaders over the weekend for trying/succeeding in defending our own frontier.

I truely hope you can see the sarcasm in Gustav suggesting that a few BD's and Warlocks could defend, I worry for you if you think he was serious.

few details aside
when hibs toke hlid we were low numbers, we succeeded due to ur bad repairs, the zerg retaking well was just 1v3 odds but nice coordination of mid side :)
numbers on glen were a bit lower, we hibs tried to come close but fps dropped to 1-10 as we approached so deduct 20ish hibs from that :p

and as matter of giving credit to giwsahks, he created this by his pve-raid into hib lands ealier, i wanted revenge and toke hlid with the bg the first night (thx all hibbies that joined, even akagi and co came to the rescue)
most credit must go to an excellent defense that first night inside the lordsroom by 2-3 fg casters in glenlock, they prevented the biggest threat
the only 2 things i can say in defense is that the f***ing albs were farming us from the walls and ... we were kinda tired but i guess the mids would have been as well

The albion and hibernian alliance will not tollerate such insubordinance.

You will be punished for this show of defiance.

Was pretty poor perfermance by albs the first time they went through hole in glen wall. Got 9k'ish in less than 5 mins, was solo, and didn't take massive damage or get cc'ed. Normally die fast then, but albs were so bunched up in the one corner tower, could just ae them to hell.

Quoted for truth.

No offence to anyone by the way I don't care about AC raids and I'm sure they did a great job etc ... I just agree with Toxii's remark in general ... people have very short, and very selective, memories. And DAoC players have even shorter and more selective memories.
