2shilak all realms have pbae &gtae,but when u attack relic u cant do shit against enemy gtaers inside keep,whatever u try to do
not to say that pbaoe dont hits twice after being cast
and yes i do think current gtaoe is slightly overpowered in keep defence,of all realms,while mids having few rc rms,and hib having feew voides,and albs dont having earth wizzies- surprise,surprise

Eld PBAOE (L48, 3.0s, 325DD, Area 300, 31P)

And dont forget in 1.59 that cast time on the Wizard drops to 2.5s.

hmmmm didnt know that! the regular snare dd is 179 value. thus: if the dd+debuff is used, that's some ok pure damage

cause we both know you get your ars kicked when facing an enchanter.
But im sure that Chanter who will and does own you is a much better player than you just because he attains his objective, which is to win the fight. Not saying he has to be a bad player, offcourse he can be skilled thats not the issue, the issue is that to neglect that a very big portion of the uberness come from the class itself is a pure lie. But ill give you this much, chanters are even better on pvp servers, since they can get the jump on people in one on one fights etc.

PBT6 as a theurg has got to be THE most boring RvR spec in the world!

its great for PvE as groups love me (ask the 40-45 group i took doing inqs in DF )

But RvR it sucks, no offensive capabilities other than pets, and i need 3 of them to kill a measily NS (unstealthed and before he hits me) fs :S
