May I ask what force it is that your referring to?
Also to gain evidence would be to take photographs of your friends injuries, doctors report, perhaps you were lucky enough to be on CCTV etc. These are taken as hard evidence. Like I said you need to go to senior officers in serious incidents such as the one you describe.

The reason you need hard evidence is because its the word of 5/6 people against 8 pcs. Also did you complain that night when perhaps you guys were drinking or the day after when you had all sobered up? All these things make a difference to a case even the smallest detail.

Mythic should make another transport at Snowdonia, that could help with the defense. Most people want to have some fun, not just log some lvl 50 at Snowdonia incase there is a relic attempt.

the runies wiped the hibs AT grallahorn using GTAoE to which we knew of no counter

the hibs wiped the albs in the open, not hiding behind walls or a keep, and it was 80 odd dead in about 10 seconds (took a few more seconds to wipe out the stragglers)

I may be an "asshole" as sum1 put it but i aint stupid enuff to assualt a copper. It was also a good job i had a brand new pair of pampers ultra on wasnt it, bought that very day by mummy. I used to wear huggies but they were too uncomfortable and made my cry.

To the policeman forget your name, my mate has all the documentation from our local constabulary stating that there wasnt enough evidence to pursue the case although there would be an internal enquiry, of which he would receive notification of the outcome that he never did He never got photos taken and the injuries were mostly superficial anyway. He didnt want to report it at the time incase it made him look "soft" but he ended up reporting it 3 days later, after some cajoling from some of us that there might of been some cash in it for him. I do know of other people who have say they have been assualted by the police where i live but thats just their word. They say its the "norm" within the force. Is this correct?

There is nothing 'soft' about reporting a serious incident to the police. As for your advice to him for suggesting he came for for reasons of 'cash' all i will say to that is that you have the wrong attitude towards it.

It would be interesting to hear what Police force your refering to, but this kind of incident is certainly not the 'norm' within the police and if it was, I for sure would not be part of the organisation. I don't deny that there are police offciers who break the law, as we hear in the news from time to time. This I can assure you is something the Government is working on hard to iron out.

In defence of your local police they probably do get a lot of complaints about using excessive force at times. But I think its important to realise how 'fine a line' we must adhere to when trying to arrest someone. Often people put up a fight and are also often under the influence of either alcohol or drugs and this makes our task even harder.

Like Talivar pointed out, at the time of the incident none of you helped your friend, I'm not saying that you start fighting police officers but you could have protected your friend by at least taking him out of the situation if indeed all you say is true.
