Weird problem with Word...

Ok so I got an email from my mum. Word has stopped working. She said that it opens and then after a couple of seconds it closes.

She gets the following error message:

It's Office 2k7 running on Win 7 Ultimate 32bit. All other office applications run as normal.

this is way over my head so I thought I'd put it to the resident FH tech-heads.

According to google, EKIJ5000RRS.DLL is a Kodak Printer driver file, this is what is screwing with word - for a test uninstall the printer drivers and see what happens. Then look at getting new drivers (if they're out of date)

there's also a built-in repair option for Office you can access from the control panel. had to resort to that once after my mum's Office '07 decided to magically stop working,,,

Updating the printer drivers seems to have sorted the issue, thanks guys.

Told my mate about it and he said he had a weird thing with Word typing backwards, left to right but if you typed "and" it typed out "dna". Question, anyone know what caused that? Sounds like a brilliant prank to play on someone =D
