well I'm speaking about the F1, F2 etc not the letter 'F'

I have a keyboard of Packard Bell and when I press on for example F10 There opens a website with Packard Bell stuff, and with every 'F' button there's some quick thing to something

my question: is there any way to make them work normal? :x (that when you press F10 there happens what should be when you press F10 instead of opening a website)

There's probably a 'function lock' button which toggles between the normal F buttons and the special PB ones. On my Logitech keyboard there's a button marked 'Mode F' which swaps between the function keys and the quick shortcuts that Logitech have bound to them. I disabled it ages ago.
