Week level thing

Did the free level a week (after gaining a level) come in with 1.70, I look through the patch notes but couldn't find anything maybe I missed it or it's on another patch. Cheers.

Nope, thats 1.71

Just checked that out myself and then i read

- After a character reaches level 47, that character may no longer make use of The Enhanced Leveling System.

Guess it wouldnt have helped me anyway
