Website Work - student for hire??

Apologies (potentially wrong forum section) thought if I posted this here it might be seen by more ppl.

I'm needing someone who's familair with CSS for a site which was originally created in Mambo.

There is a template in mind but it needs some re-work.

I do need someone ASAP as in THIS WEEK and I need that individual to be very flexible.

If anyone is free and can do this pretty cheaply can you please let me know TODAY and I can discuss additional details.
