Help i just want to set up my website, i've opened a bookmark typw thing in the ftp software that i use, but don't know where to transfer the files i've created with html, all of the files including the index.html run from the same file so don't know what to do as there are a few folders like cgi-bin, images, mysql, etc what do i dooo helllpppp please

Just copy them straight into the root of your site. If you can see the images and mysql directories then you are connecting fine. Simply copy your files across and go to your site.

Nope still nothing when i try to connect after transfering the files straight across then still get an error 404 saying the script or file that i am looking for cannot be found

Try to work it out with DBs in the other thread you started. He actually works for BarrysWorld and set the webhosting up. Probably your best bet. I'd double check you index.html and maybe upload a really simple one.
