Confused Web site log-outs

I had a windows update instal itself at silly o'clock in the morning about a week ago, ever since some web site i am logged into keep asking me to log back in everytime i go to them

Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and some torrent sites i use (not FH though)

What has this update done and how do i put it back to how it was?

Clear Internet cache. Also try another browser to see of its affected.
You should be able to see what windows updates have gone through
