I am currently with dreamhost. I got a new address today and the website now works so DNS must have updated. Whenever I send emails to gmail they get put in spam, tried different messages, same response.

I e-mailed dreamhost and they're not being very helpful (fair enough it might not even be their fault though maybe its gmail)

My renewal is coming up in 2 weeks, what other hosting provider options do I have?

ive used topclasshost for the last 6 years, I have found them to be very helpful, and have only had one problem which they fixed in minutes of me opening a ticket.

I run a three reasonably busy domains on one account with UKHost4u. It costs £6.99 per month I think, which gets me 4 gig of webspace, unlimited SQL space, 20gig of bandwidth, unlimited email accounts, subdomains and sql databases.

The hosting seems fairly nippy too. I'm using up around 16.5 gig of bandwidth per month at the moment, and their doesn't seem to be any lag or anything at peak times.

I've been with them a little over 2 years now and I have never had a problem with them. Customer support is 24/7 too apparently.
