Web based call logging

Trying to implament something like this, had a browse though hotscripts.com but cant find anything. Is there anything out there that you use/recommend or doesnt this script exist at all?
PHP scripted only please. Ta.

Just for logging phone calls for the reception not for logging support calls.

When you say logging, do you mean ones that record the calls or just take details of the CLI, time called and duration?

Wouldnt something like this be fairly easy to do yourself?

Yes taking details so we dont have to use paper and also so messages can be picked up remotly via http.

I have no PHP experiance and yes it sounds like it would be easy to make.

Will this use a MySQL databse backend, or just text files. Also, will it be local on the machine or on a server?

Server based/sooner have mysql but txt files will do.

I could probably knock up the back end stuff by tomorrow if you want. Then you'd just have to put a nice web front end to it.
