+r means only ppl who have /msg Q hello etc can join. Stops ppl getting spammed by random noobs every time they join #cf.

Happened to me @ 1st, if you got 5-6 channels in perform, put #cf last.

It is prolly because Q is lagging and hasnt completed authorizing (sp?) you (even though your client have sent the login details) when your client tries to join #celticfist
