Warrior spec?

Im making a Hammerspec warrior , anyone who can tell me the best way to spend my points?

50 Hammer,
50 SHield,
28 Parry,

or...

50 Hammer,
42 Shield,
XX Parry,


really with Warriors its best to go 50 in your weapon, as there isn't much else to go into.

With shield, its your choice - go to 50 and get the 'After-block' style which is nice for when you don't have an end buff (I.e. when Soloing, or in Duels). Also at 50 shield you'l block a lot anyway. Or you could get 42 shield for the 'Anytime' style which drains quite a lot of end, but you don't have to block to use it so its better in group RvR/PvE (of course, with 50 shield you'd have this style anyway )

28 Parry because thats what you have left over after 50/50 weap/shield.


Of course, you could go for a ranged warrior

50 Throw,
50 Shield,
28 Parry,

Throw > Throw > Throw > Throw > Slam >Throw > Throw > Throw > More Slam >Throw > Throw > Win

Until your exp days is over and you're under 50: max weapon - max parry - rest in shield.

After ding 50, when your rvr career starts respec and go for: max weapon - max shield - rest in parry.

why? by speccing in shield u get guard wich is quite good pve and rvr.. with ur suggestion u wont have it before lvl 40.5.. very bad if u play in grps imo

gotta agree, especially with the SM grps as they are, shield tank= stun= bonus in grp healer stun fails, and tank stuns and aggro's

hammer is one weapon not worth getting to 50. if you are gonna be hammer, be a PvE farm bot with 44/44/44.

I'm a hammer warrior, i have no problem with it. 50/50/28 specc..

i didnt say you will have problems with 50 hammer. just that the 50 hammer style is pretty useless.

go reroll a savage.. as no1 seems to want warriors in there rvr groups these days :/ .... or isit just no1 wants me in there group these days? eitherway stuff ur warrior... might aswell make a thane coz there exactly the same with there shield specc!... only thing that makes them diffrent is that they have sparks shooting out there ass...

Yes it is, never used it, but i rather have more hammer (50 hammer) then 44 parry.

it has been tested that speccing thrown does NOTHING.

medium fatigue cost, high damage, high defence penalty, no to-hit bonus, 3rd in an off-block chain.

doesnt look like a high-level-mob fighting style or a RvR style to me. maybe you can solo yellow mobs with it -_-

Not to mention the 50 hammer style repeats an earlier effect in the chain.

I'd also say hammer is one weapon you don't have to spec to 50 with. Axe and sword would be worth taking to 50, but the benefits of raising hammer to 50 aren't enough to justify it.

Sword/Axe is great against hibs as most of em use scale. It doesnt matter what u r gonna hit albs with, they r gonna die anyways coz they sook
