warrior respec extra skills thingie

I am currently hammer spec with my warrior. Is there any way i can respec and get the extra skills you would get if you autotrained? And if there is, can i respec back to hammer again and still get the extra skill points?

No, there is no way you can get the extra skill points now. If you wanted to autotrain, you needed to spec in shield, parry and thrown weapons as you level, so that all of your weapon skills autotrain.
