Warlock question... enlighten me

Yesterday I got killed by a Warlock. Yeah.. big deal and stuff.

However, there´s something I don´t understand, maybe someone has an explanation for it.
The warlock in question had one chamber floating around his head. However, after I FZ´ed him and shot him a couple times, he stood there with like 10% hits left, turned and insta-hit me for 741, 831, 831. There was no casting animation, no nothing.
Sorry if this is an utter n00b question. I don´t know Warlocks that well and basically I don´t want to learn about them (except for this question). How can a `lock hit someone 3 times with one active chamber? (No, wasn´t a crit or anything... just 3 damage packages).

I just let loose my chamber and during that i used my unint lifetap.
Maybe it was lag or something that you didnt see the casting of the unint.
What also could be the case i had casted a powerless before you zeph me. Powerless stays on for 10s and in that time i can still do a lifetap.

Maybe he casted a primer just before you zephyred him. If he was out of the zephyr within 10 seconds, it would still be "active" and he can cast a secondary spell insta without any primer. Then add the chamber and you have 3 hits.

indeed , all the useless mid players had to live with LA getting nerfed ASD getting nerfed and SVGS getting nerfed. Only bonedancer,spiritmaster and warlock left for mythics lovechild.
After all they are the _CASTER_ realm

I had my finger on the Phaseshift, ready to push it as soon as I´d see you waving your arms.
So must have been some lag, because you didn´t move on my screen.

And you certainly didn´t cast powerless before the Zephyr because I FZ´ed you out of stealth (you were hiding behin the twee... no reason to cast powerless really).

However.. thanks for the reply. As I said, I was just curious how you did it.

Thorwena mate, take it from me, we can't kill warlocks without PS and FZ... only assasins can.
