To answer your question: WAR is being done here in Europe by the same fellows who did DAoC, and FH has a somewhat similar relationship going on.

As to caring about it (or not), well, it's not CS:S heh. Were you intrigued when you heard that the original CS was going to be followed by something new? Myself, I never played an MMORPG before so I go in on the beta to see if it was fun and didn't really like it that much. Mostly I suppose because I didn't have time to play it properly I guess. Did some hedge trimming on Saturday with a swanky piece of kit, more like +10 tbh. Then had a big bonfire and spent 2 hours trundling about on a tractor mower. After that I went home and had a wank.

Sunday I played warhammer.


Pretty fecking accurate tbh Throd, it's worrying.

What made me laugh is I watched that trailer thing on the BBC, and actually thought wow the graphics are really good.

Then on YouTube I saw someones demo they'd done and it was NOTHING LIKE THE TRAILER AT ALL! I mean not even remotely, just a green background with something vaguely representing a mountain and a load of figures with names floating above thier heads moving around without thier legs moving. i.e same as every other bloody pointy head game
