WAR CE. EA has delayed the game again?

Just received an email from Play.com. They have dispatched my Warhammer Online. Wierd that....

Since we are always late in recieving games in Belgium I asked my daughter to order the game in UK so at least I would be in game when it starts but guess what ... she ordered the CE in april at play.com and yesterday after some phone calls she recieved their answer :

GoA had previously announced a short 'grace period' for those in the headstart (I think about 7 days) to allow for delays in boxes being shipped out.

Info I was sent suggests that the headstart codes are good till 24th to allow for any delays in receiving game.

The vast majority of you who have pre-ordered a Collector's Edition will finally have this beautiful box in your hands for the 18th September, however we have recently been made aware that, due to delays in the manufacturing process, it may not be possible to guarantee that all CE pre-orders will be shipped in time. A small number of you may therefore experience a delay of a few days. Because of this, we have extended the grace period in which all CE pre-order customers can play without entering your CE retail key from 7 to 14 days. This is in addition to the 7 free days offered to all Open Beta testers.

It might answer some of those questions being asked.

Much more likely (given the target audience) since yesterday was the day when payments were processed, people neglected to have enough cash and they were denied. At which point I believe play automatically puts it back on the shelf.

The info we received came from FRS who told us the launch would be delayed, and that a Press release was incoming
But if that's what you understood from it, that's not my fault.

Why do you think we would trust that FRS employee still? you really shouldn't listen store clerks EVER since 99% of time they just bullshitting you to pay more/they screwed up and need extra time.

I received a mail from FRS that there was a communication error, and that CE's will be shipped tonight and should arrive at the customer's home tomorrow, or friday at the very last.
So, all's well that ends well.
