Gives good Evade combo (not a real combo but a "homemade" one) - Diamondback(stun/bonus to defense)-BlindingRain(Short Bleed)-Hamstring(Short Bleed/Bonus to defense)-Leaper(Long Bleed/bonus to defense)

Talk to Noche about the q-bar or Ebonn I think allso use it....can't remember but it's a very nice one with all chains easy to use etc

I personally don't use the CD moves, but your spec varies slightly to mine.
My own qb's (ignoring pve and pve-pb group qb's):

So not unlike yours. As already mentioned, sprint, stick, etc can be bound to normal keys now, which frees up qb space for other things.

44+15 Critical Strike (just to get higher PA cap as i think i hit cap almost everytime)

Had i reached level 50 and rr5 before the respec patch, I'd have gone for this spec exactly
