Anyone know if the proc bug still exist. You add a lvl 47 proc to a cloak and then you can add 4 gems to it? It was around a few days in the US but got fixed.

I'm curious about this too. If the bug is still in effect this would be a good time to stock up on sc cloaks

This bug was fixed on EU along with upgrading to 1.54T_T
