I dont usually cheat, infact, im against it. But just for testing purposes:
i went to an irc channel(not saying which) and just requested a wallhack for 1.3, someone just sent it me without saying anything to me and then i went onto the net to try it out. It works on any server, and i had no problems with anyone accusing me of anything.
I think this is terrible and cheating in 1.3 is even worse now that it was in earlier patches. Things / measures need to be taken to sort all this out because im getting fed up of people cheating because they are sh1t3 at the game. If your crap, sod off and go play on ur psx.

mind, u, i was tempted to keep on using it but like i said, for testing purposes only. Besides, if you need help to play a game, whats the point in getting it? Your utter shoite if u cant play cs, only takes a day or 2 to get to grips with it, within a few weeks you will be 0wning everyone(not quite, but you will improve)

it does detect cheaterz in new version, i have seen a few on barrys pub server 12, lets get rid of the cheaterz!

Ive also just found some other hacks, dont know if they work though:
- Walk thru walls (was this a problem with earlier versions?)
- Aimbot (cheaterz favourite, hope they burn in gamers hell, heh)
- and also, a "Never miss" hack

anyone else seen this about? i have found these, but no download sites so i couldnt test if they worked or not

I have heard about this walk through walls cheat. Apparently someone on a server i was on had this cheat - i didn't actually get to see it myself but most of my team were complaining. Btw, this was over the weekend, so it was 1.3

I find the aimbot / no recoil cheats hard to detect. Especially with the new hitbox and all these headshot flying about. You can now literally walk through 3/4 people with a rifle as if they weren't there, with a good chance of getting a few headshots along the way.

On the jolt hpb servers, there is currently one person who repeatedly does this (quite a small community so names are recognised). This player keeps getting 3/4 headshots in a row with a single mag. Even though i have my suspicions I’ll give the player the benefit of the doubt.

I mean, walking through walls and disappearing are obvious cheats, how can you tell if a player is using an aimbot / no recoil cheat? Can punkbuster detect the different types of cheats?


Anyway, its all very sad. But at the end of the day cheaters on these games can, and do prosper

Playing on a server last night where whole team, and i expect all players on the other were using mics (properly) omg, it was amazing!!! Makes the game so much better (poor grammer) when played like that.

"Can punkbuster detect these", the answer is no, i have checked up on this and there is a hack to get past the punkbuster detecting who is cheating(very clever that), but you can easily complain that someone is cheating because:
1) All their kills are headshots(nowt to do with hitboxes, you dont get that many headys)
2) They seem to know where, all the time.
3) They hardly talk much because they are always looking thru walls

These are my theories anyway, but if you do use these cheating progz, YOU ARE A FOOL!! If you cant play a game with CS(which takes a while to get to grips, and be tactful) you cant play any game without cheating, you will never be a true gamer, you will always be a fake because you cheat.
You cant cheat in real life because you will end up being NOWT! You cheat in a card game against the mob, you will get shot

Well, Mr Powers. Seems you must have been on a different server for most of the night.

The one I was on was being used for superfluous chat like "hey I went to the pictures last night" and other such crap.

I havent used the mic stuff yet - waiting for the novelty to wear off and other plebs realise WHAT the voice comm stuff is meant for.

For some of the other players - they were using it correctly and it did have an advantage.

And finally - if it wasnt your sister - your underwear must be too tight !!

Right all this cheat research really does pull you towards the dark side.

As for 1.3 hacks yes they exist, but did u really, really think it would be cheat free.

As for PB hacks they are usually overrated or plain lies, maybe a few exist but they would have to be updated along with every single pb release and damned quickly.

Anyway as BW dont use PB thats irrelevent.

I used RW in a clan match and on my connection (56ker) and it bumped my ping up way high, laggy as a really laggy thing.

Soul is suggesting RW is used integraly instead of the ingame comms.

That would mean CS and RW being linked in some way, not being used as a seperate RW server. Also RW can add lag to 56k users, I havent seen the same from cs comms.

Apart fromt he fact the CS comms are far superior to RW (and yes I can claim that after having used them in 3 clan wars), the high cpu usage is mainly due tot he hitboxes not voice comms.

Simple answer don't play CS.

Play a mans game instead.

There are a few games out there that if you cheat at them you gain little to no advantage over any half decent player. Fact is cs is too easy to cheat, and to get away with it. In a good player v's good player battle, a nice see through wall cheat would make all the difference, and there's absolutely no way of detecting it.
Games played at pace, cheats have little effect, and bots are easy to spot to any decent player, no matter what handle the players using. Unlike slow ass games like cs/dod ect.. which it's 90% imposible to spot, unless the user is a complete idiot.

more to the point, has anyone noticed this new cheat where dead [people are in the game, but invisable. it's real freaky when they defuse the bomb when ur standing right next to it. cant really explain, but i noticed it n a 3v4, when the bomb was getting defused by a guy named "magician" who was cheating in this way. it was pathetic, i think it has to do with dieing early on in the round or soemthing..
