Help wall paper, for walls..

trying to find some really old wall paper, and its a sod cos "wall paper" + internet = no use

anyone know a trick to searching for it, or good places to look ?

possible cake to anyone who can help :(

Do you mean like actual wallpaper to buy or just images of wallpaper patterns?

If it's the latter try searching terms like 'wallpaper pattern' and add the words 'old', 'vintage', 'retro' or whatever. It would also help to add the names of patterns if you're looking for something specific, for instance searching 'damask wallpaper' returns stuff like:

Try going to decorating stores websites, then searching for walpaper from their menu's

yes i mean for actual walls :)

and its a specific old pattern, that i have no idea of name, source, age, or anything :/

so i assume its prob not widely available now, if at all, so dont think retailers prob have it, or at least a specialist one only

Have you got a picture of it? If so you could use something like tineye to find it.

sadly i dont have a pic of it, its been replaced :(

it was a thin sideways strip of the river thames in 1800s, black and white print, with all the building and boats and stuff, quite hard to describe :(

So, you have no picture of it, you don't know when or where it was made, or what it was called, and "its quite hard to describe".

Wallpaper? Haven't used that since '93 or so....
