Small update
Valid Standard Edition Head Start keys start with one of the following series:

• PSEA01 (Boxes)
• PSEA0M (Online)
• PSEA0N (Online)

Our e-mail server is, as you surely understand, under a very high workload right now. In order to provide Head Start access as soon as possible to as many as possible, we've given first priority to Head Start access codes. Bonus items validations are still stored but expect longer delays on these.


Some of you are getting the now famous 414 error. This is a normal time-out error. Just take a deep breath and try again.


If you're certain you've entered a valid code yet is told it's invalid, just keep at it for a while. Our entire system is under a lot of pressure right now and random glitches is to be expected.

Magnus - in my case/my friends cases we have entered our codes successfully, but not yet recieved any mail and cannot login.

May i enquire about WARSEA codes? If they aren't pre-order then i can safely say pre-ordering from EA store sucks donkey ....

Took about 20 mins total since entering the code.

The WARSEA codes are, unfortunately, retail codes and will as such not grant HS access. You'll be able to play on September 18th.
