will be my 5th wacken,mainly looking forward to carcass.
one of the only bands I never had the chance to see because they split up just before I was old enough to go to festivals and gigs.
other then that I don't really care much for the bands.seen most bands loads of times allready so the rest of the time I'm just getting drunk and having fun like every year.

- Excrementory Grindfuckers (supreme German grindcore...they jus sing popular songs as grindcore with "slightly" changed lyrics, awesome if you understand German)
- Iron Maiden
- Sonata Arctica (awesome band, really)

Krypteria is absolute bullshit, I couldn't stay more than one song and At the Gates is quite good, but not 100% my style. Saltatio is ok, if you like medieval-rock....well I don't so much and if so, I'd rather listen to In Extremo.

I'm not going though, cause it's just too much hassle to drive the nearly 700km just to camp in some mud :/

lol. i think it's more down to the fact it's too harsh for ya..an with a lot of metal there is a lot of classical,jazz and blues stuff goin on there amongst other styles...its just played loud,fast an fuckin heavy
