Anyone else got a 1Mbit so they can tell me if there is an improvement?

I had 1MBit with the Telewest trial, and it's no better for gaming, but if you are uploading or downloading large amounts, the speed really does help.

I've got 2meg DSL and it's pretty fast if that helps, and I've just put in the order to upgrade to 8 meg as soon as Easynet can come down and swap the wire over.

Its even better in Sweden - they install fibre straight upto most new buildings.

Stupid bandwidth (eg 8mb down, 1mb up) for stupidly low prices
