As much as I think the guy is a legend for his footballing, he reminds me of 2 people I hated in primary school. Back when I was about 7, they were 5...2 twins. They were such weird fuck heads, they'd go around really harshly pinching people. As in so hard you'd end up with a chunk of skin missing, and I'll tell you what, they didn't just stick to leggit areas. After all of primary school of avoiding those wankers in case they came near me and I ended up getting into trouble for killing them, I hated them. And rooney looks exactly like them. 
Owen is pretty rubbish these days too Dunno what happened to him, same with bekham who seems to be doing whatever he can to avoid getting a goal despite several oppurtunitinies of a strike in the last 2 games.
Makes you wonder what svens upto

Beckham hasn't looked too bad tbh, he wasn't great today but I think he was ok in the 2 before that. Gerrard was terrible today, as was Scholes until he scored - hopefully his confidence will pick up now and he will be back on form. Terry didn't look fit at all, if anyone was weak at the back it was him. Owen wasn't great but he could've been worse, a goal would've done him good aswell, shame he didn't get one really. :\
On a good note, the rest of the team played very well. I'm starting to regain confidence in Sven and his men. Maybe football will be coming home this year after all.

Gerrard was the only one pushing forward and made the chances happen when england was on their worst (during first period). Although he went abit into the shadows when england came to their senses, he was one of the best english players during first period, imo

Rooney is undoubtably the star thats emerging this tourny.. i can only hope he doesnt burn out though ala Owen/fowler.. coz Heskey might still be in frame.. and we dont want do we kids? hell no
just hope Sven and David Moyse keep him grounded tbh.. and the media leave him well be. dont want it going to his head. he knows he doing good.. doesnt need 50 gazzilion journalists in his face 24/7 like Gazza had..
can but hope
and yeah.. while i'm from england.. think either of sweden/czech republic gonna win.. we gonna blow up sadly v someone.. always do..
