i never do before i play a match (for my astro turf team! ) as most people agree that it affects your performance...but should it be done before an exam as maybe a way to calm you down? or will it affect performance her too?

Personally i refrain from any sexual activity 3-4 days before a match or a fight.
I get more aggressive, different mindset.
But it's a very physical thing. So i'd imagine abstinence would do nothing for you in a mental exercise.
