GOA arnt that bad... after all they increased subscription charge to the same as Mythic servers.

Im sure you can expect :-
Ingame CSR
Much quicker patching to be on par with the USA
Faster turnaround in support calls, rather than an email 3 months later sayin "Is this problem still current?"
Working XML
A 3rd English server using standard rules
A co-op server
....
