It's Colombia.

And it's quite hard to say which country would be most dangerous, I guess all are depending on who you are and where you are in the country.

I've been in Colombia many times, far away from the tourist holiday resorts and I've never really encountered anything I'd consider dangerous. It's a lovely country really.
