What I meant was off course the Trebuchet not the catapult, the trebuchet is also aimed at a groung target.

yes, it has the usual falloff to bugger all at the edges of the aoe radius like most spells. dont think it actaully fallsoff to 0 though, because i whacked a full spawn of dampwoodmites tonight just before i respecced, and not one of them (the spawn was larger than the radius) was on REALLY low damage, mostly about 150-200 ish. (which is a bit crap for ubergreycons but there you go )

it's just that in the earth wizard thread, wildfire claims that the earth gtaoe has little or no tail off, after his testing on gorre......

well, i never extensively tested it, but it isnt outside the realms of possibility's that the damage difference was down to the mite lvl's, if i remember right they were a good few lvl's difference between the different ones, it may have been that rather than falloff which made the difference, and when testing it on lvl 0 mobs i did hit cap all the time, i just figured it was because of them being sow low lvl, but to be honest it could well be down to having no fall off.

basically i figured it had falloff because i'd read that it had and in most cases there was fairly big damage variance even with full spec void, must learn to stop reading i think .
