Can anyone running vista run an eye over my site to check on the new scroller divs I have added in case they are breaking the site? I have vista but can't run it as my modem doesn't have any drivers. The site should be fine but you never know. Will have to get a new modem and soon.

PS. This isn't a ruse to get visitors as my site is receiving 100,000 page loads a month now.

Thanks in advance.

vista isnt a browser, cant you just download ie7?

Can't do much of anything with the operating system I have now. Not exactly leggit! Hence my purchase of Vista. Will see if I can find a work around for now though.

Had a quick look using IE7 on Vista Enteprise and it looks fine to me, all the scrolling sections were working and the links worked fine, didn't check any of the vids as I don't have divx installed and don't want it on this work pc.

HTH.

Great. Thanks. One less thing to worry about, though I am thinking of putting some more scrollers in yet. Might be a bit of an overkill though. Anyways at least the site is displaying ok for now :).

It is going to be a Counter Strike website. I am too scared to open it in IE because I heard it gives you viruses and Firefox is the best why is this a problem??

I can make a new thread if you want me to :( :(

Thought I detected more than a hint of sarcasm though I could be wrong. Must be getting grumpy, touchy and paranoid in my old age. Hope that is the case anyways.

Hi guys

In the future, please don't make threads like this. There is a reason Microsoft and other companies lock out functionality on illegal copies of their software. If you choose this path, you have to accept the consequences.

If you're really serious about multiple platform website testing, check out BrowserCam or the likes (Edit ~ Such as MYstIC G's suggestion below which is a free alternative).

Kind regards

Jonty

P.S. Clown, be nice :)
