Long story short
3 weeks advanced booked virgin to pick up router etc...
3 weeks later virgin tech's didn't show up....
phoned virgin numerous times - turned out that they never put a tech with my order to pick up...
anyway, several phonecalls later. They said as we messed you around, you can keep the router and virgin box (great, cool)

How can I explain this... hhmmm...
Old router not so good
New virgin router pretty good, but doesn't work due to all the settings from our previous place.
Now for the main question. Is there a way to reset the router so I can use it? or is it just a router that virgin have set up and it has to stay like that for good?
I hope that makes sense.
