So, PA the wizzie with mezz poison, if all goes well and assuming he's not BGd he should be down by the time i hit pincer. Then it's all a matter of whether theh sorc's moc is up or not

sorc cant be mezzed with thier damn antimezz buff besides i had spike down aswell and whenever i jump a mini grp i aim to kill all not just 1 of em so paing sorc would be my best chance to kill the grp but i failed

Fair enough, my problem is that whenever a sorc is played properly, they always rr5 before CD, that's why i'd go for the wizzie first.

Ofc viper helps but might have taken more than i'd want to.

I'm not very good with the casting timing tho I'm used to the 1.6s pause breaks while otherwise it's at about 1.1s. Not really that difficult to get a hang on but needs some practice which i cba to do again since an archer will add anyway

Run thru when you are going to cast root is the most annoying thing in the world.. Imo it's a form of cheating as casters can't really do anything about it and it's not a real "part of the game"

actually run through IS defensible

as the caster, strafe 1 step left or right as they go through and hit face and then nuke at the same time, rince and repeat. The one step will give your PC the time to catch up with the lag and this will mean 2/3 nukes will land. It takes some practice and the 1 strafe step will not put you in "movement" allowing you to cast.

You will need to time it according to your enemy's run through time but it is achievable. Run through time will normally be between 1-1.5 secs.

Every game mechanic that can be "abused" has a counter. IF one is willing to spend the time learning to counter.

You are trying to big up Eul by saying he attacked a rr 11 sorc a rr 8 wizzy and a rr 5 friar.. and he didnt kill one of them??

You actually need to go thru all this? afaik each time you hit /face it forces some kind of update, so just spam it? Can also just mouse turn manually and keep em within the 180 degree casting arc. Either way I think run thru is effective anyhow as you gonna miss some spells, also can no longer pan for adds ur too busy pissing about. Try getting stuff off when more than 1 meleer fucking about like this and keeping track off which one has which cc immunity.

Some time run thru v well, eul is notable, think failed on 5 odd casts in row last time I met him with moc. Used to be able to abuse it like a pro on melee toons on my old pc (run thru whole moc duration trying to bash down sorc on shield champ etc) but faster pc seems to have thrown timing out.

And these on paper scenarios - sorc mezzs, you purge, get rooted etc - are rarely how things go in game. Trio pugs can be v good at shitting all over each others CC, wouldn't suprise me to get mezzed by sorc, rooted by wiz, then tapped by the friar with his staff.
