Video record ?

Hello guys I'd like to know how to record a video ( a demo ) during a cs match and where is it possible to watch it afterward?
Do I need a special program to watch it?

just type record thepatriotvssomerandomclan
in console.

to play back just load up CS and in console type

play thepatriotvssomerandomclan

or

viewdemo thepatriotvssomerandomclan

the viewdemo option gives you the power to fast forward, pause etc. if you press F2.

but it can cause probs sometimes.
