Some quite impressive speed runs in among that lot quite alot of memories aswell.

He's using "luck manipulation" which essentially is hacking the game so that the level entrances/exits are right beside each other as they would be if he had got lucky. The theory being if he played through enough times, he would eventually get this lucky. He also used that to get a "lucky" drop of the teleporting staff.

Cheating if you ask me!

It might be cheating but it's useful for showing the fastest possible time that can be done, which is kinda the whole point of speedrunning

7 hour Final Fantasy 7 is amazing, fastest I ever managed was like 12 hours xx minutes i've got no clue how they managed 7 hours lol.

I'm playing Pokemon Pearl/Diamond/Platinum on my DS emulator atm ;D playing them in order ofcourse since you can carry your pokemon over to the next game.

Kinda crap that it's concidered a speed run when you cheat through the game. Kinda boring to watch... Like the diablo one, god mode, making items from potions, infinate gold etc. Speed runs should be made by skill imo!

whats fun is that the speed runs of some games take as long to complete as some of the new games while playing at normal pace.

Speed runs, top scores, etc... always tought topscorers cheated.

Like in Batman Arkham Asylum on Xboxlive there is a guy with over 70.000 points in the Intensive Treatment Challenge
