Very small PCI videocards w/ TV-out

Anyone know any? By very small i mean, that the board must be minimal size, max 2" in height.

And if you wonder why, I'm making a certain project, and I need a videocard fit in to a very compact box, and it must fit under the cd-rom

Also, I don't need any 1337 cards with 64mb ram, video ram 8-16mb is enough (the ram is only for beaing able to play movies on a tv).

but for pci, and maybe even smalller if possible
