It's GoA's policy never to inform their costumers through official channels of - anything!

If you are lucky though, the hard working GMs is able to give a bit of info once awhile. But the company itself is for unknown reasons too scared to trust the GM's with the ability to give any information through official channels.

I guess it's because the GM's ain't french, so no way a french boss would put any trust in suchs a person.

because they really dont need to say "we need to fix the stuff that got lost before we cluster" every fucking time they post something.

u KNOW they aint gonna cluster before that is sorted! so why do u keep asking?!?

and they cant give a ETA on WHEN they have sorted all the invoices at rightnow either as they still getting new cases.
