Varulbane quest repeatable?

Anyone know if the L43 Varulvhamn quest is a repeatable quest? It provides cold-based damage as a reward, including 20 cold-damage arrows. If it's repeatable, I'll go run it a few times.

Im farily sure that it isn't , a few months ago it was posted on this forum and the guy said that he could only do it once, but he stacked them up by doing it with a few different characters.

and you get more that 20arrows, 40 or 60 even still cant recall how many.
