i wanted to make a vamp, but i was discouraged to do so by some ungrounded rumors about bugged spec line.
i have asked many other ppl who play vamp that there was never an issue
so i started makin a temp as cheap as i can, but i searched my vaults for drops i could use.
i made 2 temps w champ weap, gov instead of soul glimmer n the dragon leather vest who all wanna farm
there is however the blue suede boots n glimmer striker ring( last picks from the dragon loot ) in the temp w no castin speed
in the temp w 4 castin speed there is a rare ring from cats
4 casting speed - 8 melee speed
0 castin speed - 10 melee speed
i still cant choose
be free to point out any mistakes
