Valkyrie template!

Not many of these around.
If anyone have any great valk temps lying around i would like to see them.
Would also be great if someone has any ideas that would make my own better.
I'm using the ML6 hauberk as i cba with GoV.
Not a huge difference between these 2 really. 1st one has more quick cap, 2nd one has more piety and str.

If the piety isn't very important, maybe i could SC in some dex instead(on 2nd temp), so i wouldn't lose so much if i want to change to a LW spear.

Btw, can also use Scalars in the first one for 18 quick cap, but will only get 12 str cap then.
Perhaps 5 more quick > 6 str? Spear is half str/dex after all..../ponder

Half the damage a spear valk does comes from procs. Windmill/Roundhouse sucks end like nothing else, that's why i use a spear that has a 40 end heal proc(effective 50).
Arti spears are too slow. The one i use now is 5.1, which is also too slow for my liking.
The 4.0 spd one form TG, with a 20 end heal proc, would've been perfect, but i have to use what i've got.
As i said, i cba with GoV, so where else can i get some melee/style damage?

you will regret not putting in melee damage/style damage, it's a noticable difference. your template uses quite some 'expensive' items (zahurs ring etc) but yet the outcome isn't even semi-good.

re-work it by using either GoV, GoLM or Scalars. Or, possibly the 3 of them.
also, change your spear. you are overrating that endprocc imo. there are quite some decent non-arti spears which you could use that grant both str and dexcap or atleast one of them and have a matter DD procc or w/e.

also, slow speed or not I'd try to get GS if valks can use it, but that's just me.

That if something encourages peoples make rarest class in DAoC..

About template, try get few artifacts more. I know it can be bit hard work and stuff, but gives loads nice bonuses.

Style dmg and melee dmg comes from, Scalars, GoV, Eirenes if I remember right.

I'll most likely be soloing with my valk or duo/trio, so i wont need that.

That's also why i want Winged Helm and SoM in my template for the /use 2.
With both of them, i will always have one of them up. I will also have Battler 1-h for the charge.

I've made tons of skald templates, which are similar to valk templates, and to get almost capped meleebonuses as well as 26 str cap, i have to sacrifice dex, char and some resists. Nor can i have both SoM and Phoebus/Winged in a template like that or overcap any other stats much.
For a valk template, i can't gimp dex, i even have to overcap it as much as possible.
I can't use all kinds of low utility artifacts when i have 3 stats to overcap(quick too, as i want to get 250) and only use 1 weapon.
I know melee bonuses help my damage and i know i should have 26 str/dex cap. Having a bunch of people telling me the same thing wont make it any easier to make a template.

This is what i get when i use GoV and Scalars. Unfortunately, i can't fit Winged Helm in there as well.
As for the spear...That i'm keeping.
