Validation of payment too late? =/

well here's my prob... I went up this morning to play a bit of daoc... happy as I was, I booted the comp, and checked camelo-europe.com for news as I always do.

ah well now it's time to lvl my shade I think, so I start daoc, only to be met by the frightening msg 'Account Closed!'...

ok so now I'm freaked. have no probs with credit card atm either, so I go check in 'my account'.

Now there under 'Current Subscription' it says 'None'
Under Next subscription, it says '11-11-02'.

tired as I am, I check the date of today. hrm... 11-11-02.

so... I've been paying for the last 7 months with automatic transfer. and all of the sudden it doesn't get transfered...

anyone had any similiar probs? know what to do? =/

sent emain to subscription@goa.com, and notified rightnow...

you make the paid with Visa? because a lof of people cant pay with visa only works with mastercard , i can pay because i havent mastercad only have visa , there is a serious problem that Goa must fix as soon as posible.
