Level 25. Took me five minutes in GearBunny. Pretty sure all items can be found on Uthgard. Using level25 crafted bits, no OC. Not entirely sure why you'd think a level 15 or 25 SC suit is needed as you rush past those levels. Here is my take on the level25 suit

nevermind the previous level15 template. Redid sc'ing and managed to cap everything, but hammer. So go axe or sword. Still no OC and same armor/weapons
