"Vieira was having a go at Gary neville, so i said come and have a go at me, Vieira's what? 6'2 and he thinks Gary Neville is an easy target? he wants to pick on some one in my team, he can pick on me, i'm not having it"

wouldnt go as far as to call him that, but he shouldnt have done what he did.
heh, cygan, henry and alumina seemed a bit scarred at the time.

heh, just watched it all on MOTD, I thought Gary Neville saying 'Roy Keane doesn't lie', and Keane's subsequent answer, were fantastic stuff.

Bloody southern fairies.

I fucking loathe Keane, the ****. Vieira vs Keane, boxing match for comic relief imo. :D

It was a good game, gutted that we lost AGAIN, we did the same thing as last time, went behind and just started booting long balls upfield, eventually the defense fell asleep and they got the game in the bag. Losing Campbell was bad, not to mention we had no Toure. I can't believe Lauren still actually plays for Arsenal, he's shite! Runs upfield, trips over his own legs and is then out of position so Ronaldo has free run of the right flanks. Wengers substitutions were pretty stupid too. Fabregas isn't physical enough for a game like that, especially coming in when its so heated, and Flamini wasn't doing to badly. Ljungberg should've come off too, he's useless. The squad is just to thin, Hoye is a right back and he came on for Campbell. :(

Goodbye title!

Fantastic match, marred by Arsenal trying to cheat their way to the win, Cole's dive was despicable, Ljungberg seemed to fall over when breathed on, and Bergkamp is almost as masterful as Shearer when it comes to elbowing and getting away with it. I think that its about time players were booked/banned/fined/guillotined retrospectively for diving, its so damn annoying.

A mate who's a united fan, said that this was a much sweeter win than at old trafford, and he has a point. No underhand tactics, dirty challenges or dodgy penalties, and they only had 10 men.

Another thing me and my mates noticed is that Henry is no big game player, he looked very poor in the second half, and no matter how much you think he needs a Golden Boot/Ball for world/european player of the year, he needs to play well in finals/important matches.

Am I the only person who finds it funny that Arsenal are a completely different team without Scumball at the back. You really need to get at least 3 competent centre backs and a decent goalie if you want to mount a title challenge against Chelski. This years title has all but been decided not on goals scored, but on goals (or lack of goals) conceded. Chelski have arguable 2 of the best goalies in the premier league, and numerous quality defenders, whereas both United and Arsenal have dodgy goalies, and only a small amount of decent defenders.

erm - didn't you see Silvestre at all? I'd say that was a pretty dirty challenge.

Oh right. So that makes it ok to push over Bergkamp, who wasn't on the ball and kick at him, only top walk off and headbutt someone in front of the ref's face?

Er hello? That kind of behaviour is rarely seen on a pitch, thankfully so. It's thuggish and disgraceful. No dodgy penalties? Didn't see that challenge that was clearly an Aresnal penalty then? Didn't see the offside that was called against Bergkamp for no reason when clear on goal?

Didn't see the Man U players hassling the ref at every oppotunity - even when there was nothing to hassle over? Man Utd played like scum wankers last night, do not try and defend them. They won yes, they played better - but they were not sweetness and roses, they never have been against Arsenal.

I'm not defending Silvestre at all, he deserved to be sent off, but so did Bergkamp for that elbow.

They did, and that is fucking irritating, both United and Arsenal do that, and Chelski are starting to do so. No Man Utd vs Arsenal match is ever going to be a tea party affair, the way the managers seem to hate each other fuel that, and incidents such as what happened in the tunnel need to be stopped.

As for the dodgy linesman, that is something that seems to be getting worse, when i first saw the penalty decision i thought it was a good challenge, only when I saw the incident from the other side (conveniently where the linesman was) that I saw it was a penalty. From Polls perspective (roughly what the cameras was aswell), as the foot went in, the ball changed direction, suggesting to me anyway that the ball had been won. As for the offside, that was just laughable, no wonder O'Shea stopped to see if he was onside at the end.

I think the point is, both sides were as bad as each other. They know they can get to each other, so they try. They know the ref doesn't want to be rememebered for sending off lots of players and ruining the game, so they push their luck with him as well. At least there was good football between all the incidents, and it did help to hide the nastiness.

If you want sweetness and roses, go and watch ballet. Football is a physical sport and these fannys should stop being such pussies.

I think both teams were as dirty as eachother, only Arsenal were a bit smarter. How fucking retarded is Silvestre to do it right in front of the refs eyes? :p Rooney got away with a few rough challenges, and mouthing off to the ref. I saw the ref say to him one more and you're off, when he'd already been booked, yet after mouthing off to the ref again, he got away with it.
I hope we can get somewhere in the Champions League now, but I doubt it. Our youngsters are good but Wenger puts to much faith in them for now, you're right about the defensive problem. Cygan is shit (although he didn't to too badly yesterday) as soon as Toure or Campbell are injured we go downhill, they work so well together but can't work with anyone else. Cole always gives 110% but is often caught out of position, and Lauren is complete shit.
