Using joysticks to play games

Hello, I recently got a logitec joystick. It cost me £30 and is an extream 3d pro one..

I set it up to work in BF:V and its great, but when I try to set it up in Planetside it won't work

When I move the stick backwards to set the button, it dosnt set.. only thing that works in the throtle thing and button 1/2..

any ideas?

you prolly have to turn on the joystick in teh options somewhere

you don't usually configure joysticks in game, but in windows

control panel -> game controlers
