Using GLQuake with the mission packs?

Dear All,

Hope you can help. Since dumping my troublesome SB Live! card and now using the built in sound on my new motherboard, I've dug out Quake to play it again (using the GLQuake enhancement). I've also got the two mission packs, but I can't work out how to use them with GLQuake. Is it possible? If so, can you tell me how? I've tried looking on the web, but not got very far so far.
