Btw i'd argue that radar does help significantly in that it removes any element of ambush or suprise, something groups like mine that arent quite as practised (yet) or high rr as other groups rely on more than for example Maelstrom does...

In terms of affecting actual action once the groups are fighting the effect on the outcome is negligable i'd say.The difference was made before the first mezz/bomb landed.
