I bought one for my brother in law for christmas, it was like £20 from M&S.

Its kinda cool, not nearly powerful enough though, it pings off about 2-3 meters. You could probably get someone in the bollocks if they were walking past your desk at point blank range. But I doubt you'd manage to reach head height at any decent pace..
