US cd-key - Euro release

Didnt found answer in FAQ so i ask here... if i got US version cd-key, can i create account on euro with it ?

Don't think so, since they did so much to keep euro/us players apart with ip blocker etc.

I doubt anyone here knows the answer "for sure", but rather something they've heard or thought out for themselves.

Try asking Blizzard directly by one of their support emails. If nothing else, your choices are either to wait for the server-transfer thingy (EU-»US, I'm assuming US-»EU would work as well), or to get yourself a EU copy.

I'd try asking Blizzard directly either via support email or on one of the forums. If you have already activated your US key, I can't see any chance of you activating it in Europe.

Thanks , it's just easier to me to get new us cd-key then euro key...
Btw, is it possible to preorder wow from any shop here in europe to instantly get your cd-key and box later ?

Right - here is an excellent example of what to do if you wish to find yourself removed from here. If you plan on posting here then do it constructively. If you have no input to offer then DO NOT POST, get it? Crap posts like this will not be tolerated - yoni has stated it elsewhere and drafted a set of guidelines which will be posted soon, but in short, this is not the DAOC area and nor will it become that.

While people have been waiting excitedly for the final beta to open we have been more leniant as people have been bored and so on. As of now, please make sure you post sensibly, resist the urge to flame people, read existing threads before posting a new one of your own to avoid duplication, and don't whine. Fuzzylogic will get our 100% support in taking a tough stance and people complaining 'OMFG xyz said that on the DAOC Excal boards and he didn't get banned' will be summarily ignored.

I don't think it gets any clearer than that.

Ive tried it myself (please dont ask why ) got the following reply:

Welcome adventurer,

We have changed all requested US CD Keys so they are available for use on the European realms. This will only work for valid US keys that were sent to us.
All the information for the European Final Beta will be available on our web site www.wow-europe.com <http://www.wow-europe.com/>

You will have the possibility to register your account for the European Final beta with your valid US key.
