Unreal Tournament 2003 Demo Release ... New News

40.41 drivers
------------------------

The NVIDIA 40.41 drivers are known to have visual flaws and performance
problems (hitching) with the Unreal Tournament 2003 Demo which are not
present in the 30.82 drivers. The issue has been addressed by NVIDIA
and future drivers released by NVIDIA will contain the appropriate fixes.

If you are currently running the 40.41 drivers please either downgrade
to 30.82 or install newer drivers when available.

Runs fine on my 40.41s as well.

Mind you that's technically runs fine, as in no glitches or anything.

Still won't be buying the full game, because it plays like a lump of shit tbh.

What I like about a decent FPS is the freedom of movement afforded to your "avatar" in the game - The quake series of games has this perfected, as does Serious Sam.

UT2K3 however seems to forget to let you run at more than a snail's pace, and jump no higher than a street kerb - mind you hitting people moving like that would probably be hard due to the fact that the weapons seem as accurate as your average Gulf War era American Scud missile.

I like it. It's not a groundbreaking improvement or anything, but imo it doesn't do anything wrong. With my sub turned up most of the weapons sound fucking awesome as well (as minor a point as this is).

The graphics are very nice...better than anything on the market just now (FPS wise). If you have a GF4 it looks very sexy.

Shame the game is old nd boring.
