hmmmmm.....

Im currently considering my options when i finish doing my A Levels next year, and im thinking of..thats right.... Uni.

Im doing 3 A Levels (Business Studies, Geography, Art). Im a kind of C/D Grade candidate and am interested in taking either the Geography or Business into further education.

Does anyone know of/have been to any Uni's that cover those courses but accept candidates of that C/D grade calibre? If so what are the courses like? Are they enjoyable? How long were they? What sort of qualifications can you gain?

Nothing's certain yet, i just wanna bite of info.

Dunno anything about non-IT related Universities...

C/D grade calibre is fine for most of the ex-Polytechnics and most normal (non-Oxbridge) Uni's, although you may get shunted onto an HND course for a year so they can suss you out and then transfer you to the full degree.

Uhm, being north of the border im not familiar with your English system, but isnt like, C/D a bit poo?

But im thinkin its mebbe like advanced higher/csys which would mean a low grade in it is equivilant to a A at higher, so mebbe it aint too bad

One C and one D at A-level is rated the same as three B's and a C at Higher.

Leeds metropolitan. An ex-poly but a very good uni. Leeds is a pretty good city to go out in too.
